Tickets
Where do I buy tickets?
Tickets are released through the official ticket link on each session page.
Do you offer waitlists?
When a session sells out, the ticket action changes to a waiting-list option if one is available.
Are tickets transferable?
Write to us before the session with the ticket details and the new attendee's name.
Is there an age limit?
Age requirements may vary by session and venue. Check the official ticket listing or contact Deep Cut before purchasing.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are sold by an external provider. Refunds and transfers follow the terms shown on the official ticket listing; review them before purchasing.

When is the venue address shared?
The venue is listed on each session page. Any additional arrival instructions are shared with ticket holders before the event.
What time should I arrive?
Use the doors time shown on the session page and in your ticket email. Arriving early helps the room begin together.
Is there parking?

Is the venue step-free?

Event format
How long is a session?
Allow roughly three hours from doors to the end of the final set. Exact timing appears on the session page.
Is photography allowed?
Small, discreet cameras may be allowed unless the session page says otherwise. Flash is not permitted.
Is the session recorded?
Selected moments may be documented by the Deep Cut team. Recording details are communicated for each session.
